  3. Review your order then proceed by clicking the Request Return button.
  4. Choose your preferred reimbursement method and receive your prepaid shipping label instantly.

  • Return shipping is always free if you are returning an item that was damaged, defective, or sent in error.
  • Return shipping is always free if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and choose to exchange an item or return your entire purchase for store credit.

Refunds, Store Credit & Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, you can choose from the following options:

  • Exchange: Exchange your item for an entirely new product.
  • Store Credit: Receive the full value of your return as store credit, which never expires.
  • Refund: Receive a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
