At MA5X, we are committed to delivering our professional-grade cleaning solutions to you as quickly and affordably as possible. Please review our updated shipping terms and conditions below.

1. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Eligibility

We offer free shipping over $50 for domestic orders within the United States, subject to the following criteria:

  • Eligible Products: Free shipping over $50 applies exclusively to our 32oz and 1-gallon product sizes.

  • Order Minimum: To qualify for free shipping, your cart total must be $50.00 or more (excluding taxes and after any discounts are applied).

  • Exclusions: 55-gallon drums are strictly excluded from all free shipping offers due to their size and weight. Shipping for 55-gallon drums is calculated at checkout based on current freight rates and the delivery destination.

  • Orders Under $50: For orders that do not meet the $50 threshold, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.

2. Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

  • Standard Delivery: Once your order has been handed over to the carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS), delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.

  • Freight Shipping (55-Gallon Drums): Please allow an additional 2–3 business days for the coordination of freight pickup and delivery for bulk drum orders.

3. Local Pickup

For customers in the South Florida area, we offer a free local pickup option at checkout.

  • How it works: Select "Local Pickup" during checkout. You will receive an email notification with instructions and the pickup address once your order is ready.

  • Pickup Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

  • Pickup Location: 4105 NW 124th Ave, Coral Springs, FL 33065

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) as soon as your order ships. Tracking information typically updates within 24 hours of the package being scanned by the carrier.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

6. Damages & Issues

We take great care in packaging your products, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we are here to help. Please contact our Customer Support team at 754-529-8494 as soon as possible.

To assist with a claim, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and take a photo of the issue if possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Our refund policy explains the return process.
