MA5X Bug Remover Windshield Washer Fluid with Water Repellent

MA5X Bug Remover Windshield Washer Fluid takes the same cleaning base as our blue formula and adds a poly(dimethylsiloxane) silicone emulsion. That silicone leaves a thin water-repelling film on the glass, so rain beads and rolls off at speed and the next round of insect residue, tree sap, and road grime sits on the film rather than bonding to bare glass. The following pass of the washer clears it faster.

Proudly manufactured in the USA at a mild pH of 6 to 8, with 2-propanol rather than methanol. Ready to use straight from the jug with no mixing, tinted light green so it is easy to tell apart from the blue formula in the garage. This is a mild-weather fluid with no freeze protection, so top off with a winter formula if you drive where temperatures drop below freezing.

Usage Instructions: Fill the washer reservoir directly from the jug. Do not dilute. Run the washers a few times over the first several days to build the film on the glass. For heavy bug load after a long highway run, wet the windshield and let it sit ten to fifteen seconds before wiping rather than running the wipers dry. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes.
