MA5X Professional Grade Wheel & Tire Cleaner Concentrate is a heavy-duty alkaline cleaner, pH 12 to 14, built for high-volume wheel and tire work. It loosens baked-on brake dust, road grime, and old tire dressing from painted, clear-coated, and chrome wheels, then rinses free without residue. The concentrate dilutes 1:2 or 1:3 depending on soil level and runs through pressure washers, foam cannons, pump sprayers, and automated wheel systems. Made in the USA.

Cost Per Wheel at Volume

At standard dilution, one drum yields 165-220 gallons of working solution at $0.08-$0.12 per wheel, based on approximately 8 fl oz of working solution per wheel, making it one of the most cost-effective wheel cleaning options available from a direct manufacturer.

Surface Compatibility

Safe at all recommended dilutions on factory painted, clear-coated, and chrome wheels, and on rubber sidewalls. Not for bare polished aluminum, anodized finishes, or raw unsealed metal. Dilution reduces the active concentration but not the pH, so this restriction applies at every strength. Confirm wheel finish before running it across a mixed fleet.

Application

Work on wheels that are cool to the touch and out of direct sun. Rinse the wheel first, apply to the face, barrel, and tire, then allow 30 seconds to 2 minutes of dwell depending on soil load. Agitate and rinse thoroughly from the top down. Do not allow the product to dry on a wheel.

Chemical and Equipment Compatibility

Do not mix with acidic wheel cleaners, peroxides, or oxidizers. If your operation runs both an acid and an alkaline wheel product, keep separate feedlines, separate sprayers, and separate storage. Use polyethylene or stainless steel tanks and fittings. The concentrate attacks aluminum, so aluminum sprayer bodies and fittings are not suitable.
