MA5X Salt Remover Concentrate 55-Gallon Drum | Marine Hull, Engine Flush & Fleet Washdown
For marinas, boatyards, marine detailing contractors and fleet maintenance operations that need reliable, high-yield salt removal across multiple vessels and assets. Available in a 55-gallon drum for bulk storage, drum pump dispensing, and pallet delivery.
MA5X Salt Remover in the 55-Gallon Drum is the same EcoMarine concentrate formula used in the 32 oz and 1-gallon sizes, scaled for commercial volume. Designed for consistent salt neutralization on hulls, trailers, decks, engines, and support equipment, with predictable cost-per-wash economics at scale.
Key Features & Benefits
- High-yield concentrate: Neutralizes and dissolves salt deposits on hulls, trailers, decks, engines, and support vehicles. Reducing chemical changeovers and lowering cost per application across large fleets.
- Engine flush protection: Formulated for use as an internal engine flush, removing salt from cooling passages and jackets on outboards, inboards, and drive systems to reduce corrosion related failures.
- Corrosion control film: Biodegradable formula with anticorrosive additives leaves a protective layer on metal, fiberglass, and vinyl to slow new salt bonding and extend asset life between washdowns.
- Multi-surface safe: Compatible with aluminum, stainless steel, chrome, plastics, carpet, and treated wood. One product that handles hulls, trailers, docks, and gear without needing separate cleaners for each surface.
- Bulk handling ready: Standard 55-gallon drum works with proportioning stations, foamers, and inline engine flush rigs for controlled dosing and traceable chemical usage.
Dilution & Application
For external washdowns, meter through foamers or proportioners at 0.5%–2% in water, adjusting for salt load and contact time. For engine flushing, draw concentrate through an inline mixer or flush kit and circulate through the cooling system as part of your post run or winterizing procedure, then rinse with fresh water per equipment guidelines.
